1. When will I receive my order?

Unless specified by the shop, all custom cakes require a 2 week turnaround time. If you need your order before hand, or have any questions in general please reach out to the shop via email at: sultrysweeysbysandy@gmail.com

 

2. Do you offer local delivery?

Due to the high demand of our products, we no longer provide local delivery services. However, we provide Nationwide Shipping on our Individually Wrapped Cake Slice Boxes and on our Pound Cakes only. Any other cake type on our website cannot be shipped. 

 

3. Can I just come to pick up a cake?

Since we want our customers to have the absolute best, we only make our baked goods made to order. To guarantee freshness, we do not have any pre-baked items laying around the shop for purchase. 

 

4. What is your refund policy?      

 All of our orders are made fresh, and are made to order. Due to this nature, there will be NO REFUNDS. If you have an issue with your order, please contact the shop at www.sultrysweetsbysandy@gmail.com and let us know the issue, that way we can make things right! 

 

5. I currently live outside of the Metropolitan area, How can I go about placing an order?

Please note that the only items that you can purchase if you are ordering outside of the Metropolitan area would be our Pound Cakes, or our Individual Cake Slice Boxes. You can place your order on our website at www.sultrysweetsbysandy.com. Once on the website navigate to the "Catalog" section at the top center of our website. Select the item of our choice, and then add it to your shopping cart to check out. 

 

6. What do I do if I need my order rushed?  

If you need your order rushed, please reach out to the shop via email at www.sultrysweetsbysandy.com. to see if your rushed order can be accommodated.
